OLD Carpenter’s song but no way do they get my crews down or us when it comes to untying! Just ask my tried and true anglers.
I want to especially thank my all day guys & half day reelers who proved to me that hanging with us with the rod and reel, putting some in the box, and not standing by a cottage window wondering what to do was the ticket. You rock! ” I am not worthy” she said bowing lol.
We have seen the sunny days and spotty days lately and that has put us forward between Macks, blues, tideline searches and long distances when the timeframe is longer.
Take only what you need and need only what you take!
Families, father & sons, mom’s and dad’s, in laws and outlaws so to speak; we have had great times! It is what you should be getting out of it in terms of unplugging.
OUR COWBOYS/COWGIRLS WHO SADDLED UP & FISHED IT ALL
Ok, you can “check in” but you should still temper it so you do not miss where you are.
We bottom fished it, trolled, casted, ran back and forth, circled, towed the line; it is what we do. . We keep some, release some sometimes keep a lot, sometimes do not keep anything. Just remember you are not a chicken with its head cut off; you have to put your head down sometimes to make that buffet and that may mean being in a certain area working it.
8/18 : good fishing today am on half for blues and a few Macks. Throw back king today also.
All Days went in search of kings, maybe a tap on the bottom. That has changed each day. One day see them next day maybe not.
Drum: show…don’t show…show…Hey , they are thirty plus years old and they can pretty much do as they please so we are happy when we get our shot! Thanks again Go Go!
I have more photos coming up! I am hustling & I am out each day. Thank you for waiting!
If there is a fish you are trying to target, please just ring us up to make sure that fish is feasible. Tight lines !
