Fall - Winter Rockfishing Trips

The change in seasons also brings a change in species as we leave the albacores and wrecks behind to begin the Fall and Winter Rockfish season!  Once water temperatures have dropped, we begin to look for Marine Fisheries to announce the opening of the backwaters to our light tackle trips on eighteen to twenty four inch Striped Bass.  Seasons fluctuate slightly so keep posted with us for the latest news for your charter.

As the ocean sees the migration of baitfish heading South we will look for the larger class of Rockfish (20 lbs and up) to make their way from the Northern grounds.  This is a great time for family and friends as the beaches have past the summer rush.  Plan to spend a few days to wander the beach, take a break from the routine , and catch a few!
