You have two rounds of photos coming up so here is the latest:
As of Sunday:Today we are tied today and tomorrow. The Ocean will be out for a bit due to TS Chris and the front. Wish it still looked like this but hey, check the Instagram…nope!
This put us all backside in the sound. What this means is that all we were fishing on is in the wash in the Atlantic and it places boats behind the bridge until it all calms down. Forewarned and armed so to speak.
IN the meantime…let us enjoy what we have been on and where we have sailed. Water temps were absolutely off the charts in terms of heat nearshore. Eighties? Where the heck did that come from? This might be why the Low Pressure system formed so rapidly and turned into what it is now.
Needless to say; all those fish were biting! As we left the previous week we saw the push of our recent spanish macks and right into ribbonfish! I had alot of great, younger crankers and don’t let them fool you. They put them up on the boards and then…recouped on the way home lol.
Waste Knot! (yes I intended that). We continued right into last week on the breeze up, alot of hook ups, and the knowledge this NE blow is more like October than July. What happened to just a one day breeze up?????
***No Ocean right now.Everything pictured here was Atlantic side and also know this is like a blackboard;it all changes after this wind. Once we get back out there we start at the begining. For now, this looks like a definite blow. Next report is coming up!
Thank you to those who were with us and those coming in. If you booked through us personally we are watching it all day to day for the lay out.
